Abstract
This Order lists activities that are exempted from specified licensing requirements as imposed by the Waste Management (Jersey) Law 2005. The prohibition in article 23(1) of the Law shall not apply to an activity specified in the Schedule to this Order if article 24(3) of that Law is complied with in respect of the activity. The activities involve the burning and recycling of waste.
