Abstract
This Order prescribes, in the Schedule, the form of a consignment notice for the internal movement of waste for purposes of Part 3 the Waste Management (Jersey) Law 2005 and the form of a consignment note for the transboundary movement of waste, for the purposes of Part 4 of the Law.
