Navigation (Inland Waters) Law, chapter 95 of 1917.

This Law concerns navigation of various vessels within inland waters of Anambra State. The Law concerns the following matters: persons in charge of steam vessels; power of the commission to make regulations for requiring vessels to carry lights, for prohibiting the floating of timber, casks and other objects, for licensing ferry boats navigation, for regulating the places of mooring vessels; carriage of goods, except for live animals, on State inland waters and relating contracts; liability of ship and carrier; measures for carriage of dangerous goods; measures concerning navigation of fishing boats and their registration; licensing of boats; penalties and offences.
