Navigation (State Inland Waters) Regulations.

These Regulations, made under section 5 of the Navigation (Inland Waters) Law, provide for: meeting of steam vessels and navigation rules; vessels overtaking other vessels; navigation at night; vessels approaching turning points; lights to be carried by vessels; warning signals when vessels approaching waters where canoes may be expected; measures for preventing damage to other vessels; measures concerning fishing canoes; prohibition on dumping any kind of waste from vessels and canoes while navigating; restrictions on floating of logs and casks.
