This Smoking or the Lighting of Fires (Prohibition) Order is issued under Section 7(1) of the Forest Regulations of Ebonyi State.
The Order lists forest reserves in Ebonyi State, Nigeria, where smoking and lighting of fires are strictly prohibited.
The prohibition applies to eleven named forest reserves, including Effuim, Ohatekwe, Ishieke, Uloanwu, Okpoto, Nwode, Unuhu Agbaja, Abakaliki Fuelwood Plantation, Afikpo, Uwana Ururo, and Ovim Oziza.
