Abstract
These Regulations of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) prohibit the manufacture, importation, exportation, advertisement, sale or distribution of soft drinks specified in Schedule I to these Regulations in Nigeria unless the products have been registered with NAFDAC. The Regulations also prescribe labelling requirements for soft drinks and specified fruit juice.
