Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 37 of the State Lands Law, concern different kinds of certificate of occupancy of land, including: agricultural certificate of occupancy, building certificate of occupancy, railway site certificate, occupation certificate of occupancy, issued for business and farming purposes. Concerning the agricultural certificate, the Regulations specify conditions, restriction on the holder of a certificate, respect of water rights, training of agricultural workers.
