Abstract
This Law concerns management of State Lands. The Law covers the following matters: granting of certificates of occupancy and licences for temporary occupation of land; licences to take building materials; revision of rent contracts; reservation of water rights and mining rights; expropriation of land for public purposes; survey and boundary marks; eviction of squatters.
