Subsidiary Legislation of Ebonyi State Diseases of Animals Law [CAP. 36]-Additional Animals and Diseases Declaration ( made under section 2).

This Additional Animals and Diseases Declaration is formulated under the Section 2 of the Ebonyi State Diseases of Animals Law [CAP. 36]. It expand the the definition of "animal" to include domestic birds like ducks, turkeys, parrots, and pheasants. It also broadens the scope of "disease" to cover various avian and livestock illnesses such as fowl plague, Newcastle disease, and African horse sickness.
