Abstract
These Wild Animals Preservation (Prohibitation of Dazzle) Regulations are formulated under the Section 18 of the Wild Animals Preservation Law [CAP. 151] of Ebonyi State.
The Regulations prohibit the use of bright lamps or portable lights to dazzle and capture wild animals or birds. This method of hunting is banned, and violators are subject to a fine of twenty thousand Naira.
