Wine Regulations 2005.

These Regulations prohibit the manufacture, importation, exportation, advertisement, sale or distribution of spirit drinks in Nigeria unless the products have been registered with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
The Regulations also prescribe labelling and naming requirements, provide for the classification of wine and require the use and limits of any food additives or food colours in the manufacture of wine to be as approved by the Agency.
