Abstract
The Act describes the EEZ of the Kingdom of the Netherlands as the area outside and bordering the territorial sea of the Kingdom extending not more than 200 nautical miles from the baselines from which the territorial sea is measured. The actual limits shall be established by Ministerial Decree for the Netherlands and an Order in Council of the Kingdom for the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba.
