Abstract
This Decree delimits the EEZ of the Netherlands as follows: a) the limits of the EEZ of the Netherlands are those delimiting the Territorial sea of the Netherlands in the sense of article 1, first comma, of the Territorial Sea Act, and; b) and those delimiting the part of the Continental Shelf assigned to the Netherlands. The Act here implemented enters into force on the same date of the Decree.
