Act No. 101 of 2003 amending the Seeds and Planting Material Act in relation with the flexible implementation of International and EC rules.

This Act has as purpose the speeding-up of the process of implementation of rules laid down by international agreements or within the European Union relative to matters covered by the principal Act. The rules can now be implemented by a General Order in Council.
