Abstract
This Act amends in various sections the Flora and Fauna Act so as to provide for the implementation of the first and second comma of Council Directive 79/409/EEC on the conservation of wild birds and the second comma of article 3 and articles 6 and 7 of the Council Directive 92/43/EEC of on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora. The amendments concern principally the management of conservation areas in accordance with provincial management plans.
