Abstract
This Act amends the Environment Protection Act in Chapters 10 and 15 in relation to the disposal of waste matters. In addition, it modifies the definitions of disposal of waster matters and disposal of waste matters by discharge , makes some minor changes to Chapters 8, 13, 18, 21 and 22 and adds an article to Chapter 22 on appeal to be had against orders.
Some provisions here amended concern the disposal of organic waste. The Act also amends the Nuclear Energy Act.
