Abstract
This Act amends the Water Supply Act so as to secure that the ownership of enterprises that supply water shall remain with the Government or local authorities. A specific article regarding the exclusive duty of the public authorities to supply water is inserted. It shall be prohibited to supply or produce water for consumption by entities other than those controlled by the Government or local authorities.
