This Decree defines obligations of water supply companies for purposes of implementation of article 14a of the Water Supply Act. That article requires the owners of water supply companies to take measures to secure as much as possible the supply of water in exceptional substances. The companies shall adopt a water supply protection plan in accordance with this Decree.
