Decree of June 3, 2021, containing rules for the implementation of the Alcohol Act.

This Decision provides for implementing the Alcohol Act, focusing on the following matters: actions concerning a liquor store and its characteristics; business operations of a liquor store; requirements for moral behaviour of liquor store managers; social hygiene measures, including: alcohol abuse, dependance and its social consequences; influence of the use of alcoholic beverages in combination with certain medicines; influence of the use of alcoholic beverages in combination with the use of soft and hard drugs on the human health; measures applicable to the industry of alcoholic beverages; measures to ensure compliance with sanitary provisions concerning remote and distance selling; measures concerning tasting of alcoholic beverages and products in stores; administrative fines.
