This Decree amends Decree No. 97 of 2004 concerning implementation of the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste and some other Decrees regarding atmospheric pollution so as to require authorities to set more stringent norms for certain emission if required by the Environment Protection Act.
