Abstract
This Decree inserts in the Decree on biotechnology with animals a new Chapter consisting of one article. This article prohibits use of genetic engineering in animals for purposes of sports achievements or entertainment. Permits for use of biotechnology on animals or embryos of animals shall be granted only for reasons of public interest.
