Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree No. 737 of 2004 containing rules for the implementation of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community so as to provide for the introduction of a system of trading in emission rights with the aim of reduction of emission of nitrogen oxide into the air by large industrial greenhouses.
