Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree containing rules for the implementation of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community so as to adjust the Decree to requirements and conditions of new planning periods in relation with installations and to bring Nitrous oxide into the system of trading rights.
