Decree No. 310 of 2004 to amend the Decree Information Nutritional Values made under the Commodities Act regarding salatrims and to amend the Decree relative to meat, minced meat and meat products made under the Commodities Act regarding measures with respect to workplaces.

This Decree amends the Decree relative to meat, minced meat and meat products so as to implement Article 8 of the Council Directive 94/65/EC laying down the requirements for the production and placing on the market of minced meat and meat preparations regarding requirements for places where meat preparations of minced meat are produced or processed. The Minister may now issue rules relative to the recognition of such places and regulate meat-processing operations in such places. This shall not apply to places that produce or process small quantities of meat.
