Decree No. 358 of 2008 amending the Decree on Trading in Emission Rights in relation with the extension of the duration of NOx-opt-out, more stringent standards and some other modifications (Adjustment Decree Trading in Emission Rights III)

This Decree amends the Emission Decree in respect of the following matters: (a) the achievement norms in the NOx trade system of emission rights; (b) the increase of the term of the opt-out for the NOx trade system; (c) the possibility of opt-out and opt-in as negotiated with the Dutch Association of Gas and Petroleum Exploration and Exploitation; (d) decisions regarding opt-out or opt-in, which shall be taken in the future by the Emission Authority instead of the Ministry of Environment.
