Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree containing rules relative to prevention of pollution by ships in article 29 relative to the discharge of oil or oily mixtures as indicated in Annex I of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973. The Decree also applies specific regulations of the Annex I to the Gulf area.
