Decree No. 667 of 1998 amending various other Decrees in relation with the redistribution of tasks relating to animal diseases fighting and zootechnics.

This Decree provides for compensation of damages incurred by farmers due to measures taken in accordance with Council Directive 78/52/EC of 13 December 1977 establishing the Community criteria for national plans for the accelerated eradication of brucellosis, tuberculosis and enzootic leukosis in cattle.
