Abstract
This Decree, implementing provisions of the Environmental Management Act, provides for the delivery, receipt and transport of commercial waste and hazardous waste, including: clean plastics, regular waste, monolithic waste. The Decree concerns: data collection concerning disposal of hazardous waste, and persons carrying out environmentally polluting and harmful activities, according to the provisions of the Act; notification of chemical substances, mixtures or products; obligation to provide a waste stream number, for the identification of the person who receives waste; description of the nature, properties and composition of waste materials; certification for recognition of persons for waste sampling purposes.
