Abstract
This Act considering the provision of Financial European Resources, creates a legal framework for the provision of subsidies by the Minister of Economic Affairs in the following sectors and policy areas for which each Minister is responsible: energy and sustainability; innovation; competition; entrepreneurship; regional economic development; climate affairs; forestry management; animal welfare; agriculture; nature conservation; fishing; green research; food quality. The Act empowers the Ministers to further determine, by general administrative measures, the activities for which subsidies may be granted.
