Regulation of European EZK and LNV subsidies no. WJZ/20222966 of 2021.

This Regulation, implementing European Regulations and the article 3 of the Framework Act on EZK and LNV subsidies, concerns subsidy instruments within the framework of the European structural and investment funds in the fields and policy areas of the Ministries of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality. The Regulation focuses on: eligible costs, including: wage costs and overhead costs, contributions in compliance with the provisions of European Regulations, depreciation costs; calculation of wage costs and labour; integrated costs system; non-eligible costs, including: administrative and financial sanctions and fines, tips and gifts, costs of personnel activities; eligible activities and exemptions regarding agriculture and fisheries sectors; methods of distribution; implementation of project plan; special fund for aquaculture and fish products; subsidies granted for fishing vessel and fishing enterprises; obligations of the subsidy recipient; criteria for granting subsidies, including: improvement of fish welfare, the selectivity of fishing methods, improving safety on board of vessels; European Regional Development Fund and financing instrument; European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development; investment in fixed or intangible assets used for the production of agricultural goods and services; subsidy for young farmers; obligation of agriculture producer organisations; targeted subsidies for improving soil fertility, organic farming and fertilisation, biological control techniques, environmental protection, fertilisation.
