Regulation concerning regular control on the landing of fish, 1988.

This Regulation contains rules relative to the landing of fish as defined in comma 2 of article 1 of the Fisheries Act except fish caught through inland fisheries as defined by the Act. The Regulation prescribes ports of landing and periods and hours for the landing of specified fish species. The rules further concern reporting on landing of fish, permissions to land fish, landing documents and the functions of the General Inspection Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Food Quality for purposes of this Regulation.
