Abstract
This Regulation, made by the Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality based on article 21 of the Plant Health Act, establishes rates and fees for several services and phytosanitary activities related to plant health. Particularly, the rates and fees established by the Regulation concern the following matters: inspection fees for consignments offered for import, export, transit and trade of plants and plant products; issuance of phytosanitary certificates and import permit instruction; laboratory research; compensation for the costs of carrying out monitoring activities; risk assessment; issuance of plant passport; specific fees for activities related to seed potatoes; control of contamination with the potato cyst nematode.
