Abstract
This Regulation, implementing provisions of articles 5.1 first paragraph, 5.4, 5.7 and 5.10 of the Animals Act, and based on the provisions of the European Regulation 2016/429, contains measures for the prevention of specific contagious animal diseases or zoonoses. The Regulation covers the following matters: preventive measures against African swine fever and definition of restricted zones; management and slaughtering of wild pigs and restrictions on movement of pigs and their by-products; preventive measures against avian influenza; management and measures of poultry and captive birds; quarantine measures; preventive measures concerning minks and Sars-CoV-2 prevention; cleaning and disinfection of vehicles; measures against blue-tongue virus.
