Decree made pursuant to the Act on Ports and Maritime Waters. Delegation of authority to municipalities.

Vessels which have planned to enter a maritime district shall at least 24 times before entry give notice to municipal authorities on the expected time of entry. Special rules apply to vessels of which the length exceeds 20 metres. Section 1 prescribes also in detail the contents of the entry notice. Furthermore, powers regarding access to vessels and installations and the laying up of vessels are granted to municipal authorities. (3 sections)
