Decree made pursuant to the Act relative to ports and navigable waters.

Pursuant to section 10 of Act No. 51 of 1984, municipalities shall draw up an overview of regulations in force within the borders of maritime districts. Municipalities shall be exempted from fulfilment of tasks relative to the regulation of maritime traffic as indicated in section 16 of the Act. These tasks have also regard to signs and lights. Section 3 concerns the collection of charges by municipal authorities. (3 sections)
