Abstract
This Decree provides for the establishment of the State Nature Superintendancy in accordance with the Act relative to the State Nature Superintendancy and for delegation to the Department of the Environment of powers assigned to the King pursuant to sections 4, 6, 10, 12 and 21 of the Nature Conservation Act, section 7 of the Wildlife Act and section 20 of the cultural Heritage Act.
