Abstract
This Decree provides for implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 745/2004 laying down measures with regard to imports of products of animal origin for personal consumption. The regulation is contained in Chapter 1 of Annex I to the EEA Agreement. The Decree defines the duty of persons in charge at entry points in Norway to provide information to new arrivals as mentioned in Article 3 of Annex II of the Commission Regulation. This shall be done in accordance with instructions of the Food Agency.
