Abstract
The aim of this Decree is to prevent the spreading of infectious diseases affecting animals and for this purpose this Decree prescribes various measures for the control of those products in relation with international trade.
The Decree shall apply to importation of products originating within the EEA and from countries outside the EEA and to exportation of products to EEA countries. The products include milk and milk products, intestines, blood, animal waste, hides and skins, trophies from hunting, enriched animal protein, animal manure and guano, serum, hoofs and other hard parts of animals, specified fat, untreated feathers and similar products, etc. The Decree prescribes conditions for each single product and lists the diseases in relation to which the Decree shall apply.
