Decree No. 1168 of 1992 relative to the approval of certification companies.

This Regulation concerns the approval of companies mentioned in section 14a of the Fish Breeding Act. These companies shall handle the granting of installation certificates and proofs of suitability. Companies which meet the criteria outlined in section 3 shall be approved by the Director of Fisheries. The Director of Fisheries may enter into separate agreements with certification companies. Approval may be withdrawn in accordance with section 6. (8 sections)
