Decree No. 1175 1992 of relative to technical fish farming measures and interventions in watercourses.

Without the permission of the County Chief it shall be prohibited to intervene in watercourses for fish farming purposes. This prohibition does not apply to interventions and measures for which a permission is required pursuant to Act relative to watercourses or the Watercourses Regulation Act. Permits shall be given for single cases. Some measures shall be approved within plans for larger geographical areas or the county fish farming plan. The County Official can require that works made in contravention of the present Decree are removed and that the natural condition is re-established. (5 sections)
