Abstract
This Decree specifies criteria for participation in coastal vessel groups for purse seine vessels with a length between 13 and 21,35 meters (Chap. I) and purse seine vessels under 13 meters of length (Chap. II). Chapter III outlines general conditions for participation with fishing nets or line. Conditions regard registration, inclusion of the owner and the captain of the vessel in the Fishermen Census, equipment of the vessel in the case of participation by a vessel which depends upon the length of the vessel, and participation in previous years only for vessels between 13 and 21,35 meters of length. The Decree provides also for fishing rights in the case of transfer or lease of the vessel. (18 sections)
