Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment prohibits fishing for the mollusc species Margeritifera margeritifera without a permit of the county official. Such permit can be issued only in respect of areas where there exist sufficient stock of such mussels. Permits shall always be for a single holder and shall be valid for one year only. The permit shall be given only for the catch of a limited number of mussels. Infringement of the provisions of the present Decree shall be punished pursuant to section 49 of the Act relative to salmons and freshwater fish. (4 sections)
