Abstract
Establishment of an installation for the hatching, production or keeping of anadromous salmons, freshwater fish or crayfish requires a permit from the county official in charge. Exempted from the requirement are installations which produce fish exclusively for commercial mariculture and installations which have obtained a permit in accordance with Act No. 19 of 1981 or Act No. 68 of 1985. The permit shall be valid for a specific locality and for certain maximum size.
