Abstract
The aim of the present Decree is to provide certain measures to enhance the most effective and competitive marketing arrangements for milk and milk product produced in Norway. The market regulator in the area is TINE BA. It shall have the powers to regulate market prices and shall extend financial support for various measures for the strengthening of the Norwegian milk industry.
