Decree No. 1482 of 2002 relative to conditions for participation of and approval of vessels fishing in coastal vessel groups for young herring in 2003.

The scope of this Decree is to regulate fishing for young Norwegian herring (herring hatched in the spring) in 2003. it specifies conditions of participation for Norwegian vessels (use of specified gear, registration requirements, vessels must be under 27,5 meters of total length, prior participation in same fishing, registration of owner in Fishermen's census) The right of participation may be transferred on other vessels in specified circumstances.
