Abstract
This Decree prohibits the fishing for capelin in the territorial and inner waters of Svalbard. Offences shall be punished in accordance with section 4 of Svalbard Act No. 11 of 1925 and sections 61 and 64 of the Marine Living Resources Act. Assistance in fishing or attempt to fish shall be considered as fishing.
