Abstract

The Act provides for the establishment of an Economic Zone of 200 nautical miles measured seawards from the applicable baselines. The Act deals also with the management and conservation of living resources within the Zone and prohibits, in principle, fishing in the EEZ by foreigners. Regulations concerning fishing and hunting may be issued by the King. (11 sections)
