Abstract
This Decree of Department of Fisheries and Coast Protection makes provisions of sections 13, 19 and 20 of the Act relative to navigable waters and ports applicable to rivers and lakes that are not accessible by seagoing vessels. The provisions of the Act concern safe navigation and authorization of (floating) installations.
