Act No. 19 of 2009 relative to navigable waters and ports.

This Law provides rules relative to proper use of territorial, inner waters and harbours of Norway and safe navigation in those waters with a view in particular to fishery activities and aquaculture.
Some provisions of this Law concern the placing of fishing gear and matters that fall within the scope of the Aquaculture Act, 2005.
