This Decree of Department of Fisheries and Coast Protection extends the geographical application sphere of sections 13 and 22 of the Act relative to navigable waters and ports, subject to limitations as recognized by international law and agreements with foreign states. Section 13 concerns the regulation of navigation, whereas section 22 concerns entry and exit notification.
